digitalBAU is considered as one of the key trade fairs for the digitalization of construction in Germany, taking place for the fourth time at the Cologne trade fair center at the end of March 2026. With this comparably new platform for software companies and industry, Messe München intends to provide a future-oriented format for the construction industry.

The Nemetschek Group underlines both, the own ambition as one of the market-leading brands in the AEC/O industry, as well as the great importance of the show itself, by presenting as one of the largest exhibitors and a solution portfolio that includes nine brands. In addition, Nemetschek shows its commitment by supporting digitalBAU as "Gold Sponsor".

The focal point of the booth is the large joint stand with four major brand homes in the corners and a big coffee bar as central networking area. The circular set-up is designed to represent the building lifecycle, illustrating with various workstations how our solutions can help #ShapeTheWorld during each step of the way.

The Nemetschek Group's booth is located in Hall 8, Booth #402.

On our joint booth, visitors will find our brands ALLPLAN, Bluebeam, dRofus/dTwin, Graphisoft (Archicad & DDScad), Maxon, Nevaris Bausoftware (with 123erfasst), Solibri, Spacewell and Vectorworks (representetd by partner Computerworks). In addition our AI-team will be available on our showfloor.

As a Group we are driven by the vision of empowering customers with our software solutions to #ShapeTheWorld. In various presentations on different stages - including Neos Stage, Exhibitor Stage and our own booth, we share our vision and offer inspiration, examples and ideas on how to improve quality, efficiency and sustainability in construction with a particular focus this year on how Artificial Intelligence can power workflows along the whole building lifecycle.
